Steps:
1. Use the "Philips Screwdriver" to take apart the controller.
Make sure to place them aside incase you choose to reconnect the controller.
2. Remove the Joy stick from the controller, place the controller aside.
Do NOT force it off! Som...e may need a button pushed, mostly the fake ones but fakes don’t matter here.
3. Cut off the top part of the joystick from the O circle piece using the razor.
TAKE YOUR TIME!!! RUSHING CAUSES MESS-UPS!!!
4. Now slowly cut the middle of the top joystick piece using the razor until you get to a rectangle shape shown below.Cut an extra big so you have room for mess-ups.
Don’t cut all the rubber off the bottom or your rubber pad will fall off.Image of distance for best fit is bellow.
5. Now shape the rectangle connecter to fit your psp joystick connecter.
Take your time this part CANNOT be fixed if you are to cut through the connecter wall.
6. Repeat the : Cut and shape process until fits where it connects withough falling off.
7. Once the joystick fits all you have to do is test the confirm and movement using the psp's internet browser.
So you see the speed isn’t slowed. If the joystick goes a little slow, cut more around the connecter to fit more.
8. Here the finished look!
